An on-site Search Consultant is placed inside the client’s HR and recruitment teams to deliver executive search assignments, where there is sufficient volume to warrant the deployment of a dedicated Connaught Search Team.
To meet a critical business need, often a project or major resourcing requirement, Connaught Search will swiftly mobilise consultants to work either on site, or in our office or both. We will crystallise needs with senior management, and develop a resourcing plan which includes a timetable, clear criteria, target markets, remuneration structure and attraction strategy, selection process and onboarding.
